For each project, we include custom WordPress website design, logo, branding & style guide design.

We offer personal project management through your entire website build. From beginning to launch and even if you choose to host your website with us.

As soon as you are happy with our free mockup, we’ll prepare a contract and once signed your project will begin.

Typically website projects need about six weeks to twelve weeks to complete.

Your project timeline may be delayed. We know life happens and missing feedback deadlines is not the end of the world. However if you want your improved digital presence to go live as soon as possible, we’ll need your feedback as soon as you can provide it.

We’ll hold an initial business consultation with you to understand what it is you do. We’ll also send you a simple questionnaire to help us develop your branding & style guide. During the design and build we’ll need you to review and approve the design so we can move into the build, and also approve the build so we can launch your website live.

Providing feedback within about two business days at each major milestone helps us to keep the timeline on track.

Our website projects start at $2500 and depending on the agreed scope of work can go to $30,000

Four main things:

  • Total number of pages. This means whenever you click on something and are taken to another page that is a unique URL and counts as a “page”.
  • Number of unique page designs. This means typically we design a home page and “sub page” design to represent pages other than the home page. If your business needs additional page designs, such as a portfolio, FAQ or other design that isn’t covered by the
  • Rounds of revision. This means the amount significant changes you prefer for each design we present to you.
  • Unique Functionality. Think of it like this, the more usual or regular you need your website to be the less expensive it will be for you. The more unique behavior you need your website to exhibit the more expensive. This could be anything from custom animations and graphics, to third party integrations (Sales Force, Marketo, etc.), language translations, gated content, etc.
